Interior Layout Changes
Once your layout is complete, we will send you a PDF document to review. At that time, if any changes are needed, please send us a list of the changes to be made. Two sets of changes are included with your layout with a maximum of 20 changes each. If for some reason, you make changes to your original word document, a new layout will be necessary and you will be billed accordingly.

Paragraph Indenting and Spacing Aligns paragraphs to the proper location and adds spacing after each paragraph to make your book easier to read.
Uniform Font Usage Removes any extraneous fonts that are not used in the final formatting.
Multiple Fonts Used Multiple styles will be used in your book depending on your original formatting. This is helpful if you have quotes or any dialogue.
Page Margins Adds the proper spacing to the outer edges of the paper. It is important for the spacing to be correct prior to printing.
Basic Chapter Starts Formats the chapter starts to begin on the correct page and makes them visually different to the reader.
Custom Chapter Starts Formats each chapter start to begin on the correct page and makes them visually different. We will also place custom graphic breaks on the page.
Basic Header/Footer Content The header / footer will have your book title and the authors name on them.
Custom Header/Footer Content We will place the current chapter title on one side of the page and the book title on the opposite page. This is a time consuming process but gives a professional look!
Up to 15 Images Inserted and Cropped if Needed We will place up to 15 images in your book and crop them if needed.
Up to 35 Images Inserted and Cropped if Needed We will place up to 35 images in your book and crop them if needed. We will also color correct them if needed.
Basic Updated Table of Contents We will re-number your table of contents and list the chapter number followed by the chapter name.
Custom Updated Table of Contents We will re-number your table of contents and list chapter numbers, chapter names and section starts up to four deep.
Front Material Properly Ordered We will make sure that the beginning of your book is in the proper order and includes a title page, copyright page, dedication page, table of contents and introduction.
Page Numbering We will add page numbers to your headers / footers.
Digital Proof You will be sent your completed interior formatting digitally for your approval.
One Round of Revisions Included You will have the opportunity to notify us of any mistakes or changes that need to be corrected before approval.
Three Rounds of Revisions Included You will have the opportunity to notify us of any mistakes or changes that need to be corrected up to 3 times before approval.
